Last updated: 01/06/2026

Talent Cloud Global Ltd ("Talent Cloud", "we", "our", "us") is committed to using technology responsibly, transparently and fairly.

This statement explains how Artificial Intelligence (AI), automated processing and assessment technologies may be used within the Talent Cloud platform.

The purpose of this document is to help learners, employers, programme providers, delivery partners and other stakeholders understand how AI is used, how assessments are conducted, how readiness and matching processes operate, where human judgement remains involved, and what safeguards are in place.

AI & Assessment Transparency Statement

Our Approach

Talent Cloud is designed to support workforce development, employability and employment outcome programmes.

The platform helps programme operators onboard participants, assess work readiness, capture skills evidence, support employer engagement, manage placements, and track programme outcomes.

Technology is used to assist these activities. Technology does not replace human oversight.

How AI May Be Used

Matching recommendations are intended to support decision-making. They are not employment decisions.

Interview Analysis

Analysis of interview responses may include:

  • Communication quality
  • Response structure
  • Confidence indicators
  • Behavioural signals
  • Work-readiness indicators

Assessment Evaluation

AI-assisted tools may help evaluate assessment responses, skills exercises, competency-based activities, and readiness assessments.

This helps provide consistent evaluation at scale.

Readiness Scoring

The platform may generate readiness indicators based on information provided by participants.

These indicators are intended to assist programme teams and employers in understanding participant preparedness for employment opportunities.

Readiness indicators are not guarantees of employment success.

Opportunity Matching

The platform may generate recommendations regarding potential opportunities, placements or employer matches.

Matching recommendations may consider factors such as:

  • Skills
  • Qualifications
  • Programme activity
  • Readiness indicators
  • Availability
  • Location
  • Opportunity requirements

Reporting and Programme Analytics

AI-assisted analytics may be used to help programme operators understand participant engagement, programme performance, outcome trends, and workforce development activity.

What AI Does Not Do

Talent Cloud does not use AI to make final employment decisions on behalf of employers.

AI does not:

  • Hire individuals
  • Terminate employment
  • Make contractual employment decisions
  • Guarantee placement outcomes
  • Determine programme funding decisions

Decision Responsibility

Employers, programme operators and authorised personnel remain responsible for final decisions within their own organisations.

Human Oversight

Human review remains an important component of Talent Cloud's operating model.

Depending on the programme and workflow, human involvement may include:

  • Reviewing assessment outcomes
  • Reviewing readiness indicators
  • Validating participant information
  • Reviewing employer requirements
  • Making placement decisions
  • Making hiring decisions

Scope of Review

The level of review may vary by programme and use case.

Fairness and Responsible Use

Talent Cloud seeks to promote fair and responsible use of technology.

We work to reduce the risk of:

  • Unfair bias
  • Inappropriate discrimination
  • Inaccurate assessments
  • Misuse of participant information

Ongoing Review

We continuously review platform processes and assessment approaches as the platform evolves.

Participant Rights

Participants may have rights under applicable data protection laws regarding:

  • Access to personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Objection to certain processing activities
  • Requests relating to automated processing

Requests

Requests may be submitted to support@talentcloudglobal.com.

Assessment Philosophy

Talent Cloud assessments are designed to support employability and workforce readiness.

Assessments are intended to:

  • Identify strengths
  • Identify development opportunities
  • Support participant growth
  • Assist programme delivery
  • Support employer engagement

Use of Outputs

Assessment outputs should be viewed as one source of information among many and should not be relied upon in isolation.

Continuous Improvement

Talent Cloud regularly reviews its platform, assessment methodologies and technology practices.

As technology evolves, our processes and safeguards may also evolve.

Where material changes are made, this statement will be updated accordingly.
