Accessibility

Talent Cloud aims to make its public website and product experiences usable by people with a wide range of access needs.

Website changes are reviewed for semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, labelled controls and responsive behavior. Testing is performed against relevant WCAG AA criteria, but this statement is not a formal claim of complete WCAG conformance.

Accessibility feedback can be sent to support@talentcloudglobal.com.

Security Statement

Talent Cloud takes a practical, engineering-led approach to security. Public website code is maintained in version control, changes pass an automated production build, and deployed website traffic is protected using HTTPS.

Security considerations form part of software design, change review, access decisions, operational monitoring and continuous improvement. The controls relevant to a proposed customer environment depend on its agreed scope and can be addressed during due diligence.

Talent Cloud does not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials or another security certification unless that status is explicitly confirmed in current procurement documentation.

Responsible Disclosure

Security concerns relating to a Talent Cloud website or service should be reported privately to support@talentcloudglobal.com.

Please include the affected service or URL, a clear description of the concern, steps to reproduce it where safe, and contact details for follow-up. Do not access, alter or retain data that is not your own, disrupt services, or publish a concern before Talent Cloud has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Reports will be acknowledged and assessed according to their potential impact. Response and remediation times depend on severity, reproducibility and the systems involved.
